Contract Rescind question for timeshare in Mexico on the verification of contract terms �the user shall have a term of 5 business days from the business day which follows the signing of this contract in order to cancel this same contract� Trying to determine if signing a contract on Jan 2, 2010 (Sat) if the day follows is then Monday Jan 4, 2010 resulting in the ending of the 5th business day to be Monday Jan 11, 2010 at midnight.

According to that especific clause the last day would be friday eight, according to mexican law it would be on the 11th.
