Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My husband and I are seeking a divorce....we dont have any kids...or much of anything other than a manufactured home, and furniture... We were married a yr then moved to FL....but due to work had to come back to Mi..... my hubs Parents loaned him money to get us back to MI, and also bought us a trailer (500) ....My parents let us take over thier truck and made payments so we could have a vehichle....However, now that we are contemplating divorce, husband says its all his....since his parents loaned him money to get back to MI...etc...and that he should get to stay in the mobile home cuz his loaned us the money...and if we sell everything which is not much at all...I will end up with nothing cuz his parents will be getting their money first....Do I really have to pay them half back? He is the one that borrowed it from them....Why should he walk away with all of what little we have.....

You're arguing over pots and pans. Attorneys fees will be lots more than your argument is worth. Cut your losses and just let him have his peanuts.
