Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
My bankcupty was discharge in march
And my car was reprossed and they company says i dont owe them anything but will sell my car back to me what can i do

Well if you want the car I suggest you buy it but only do so if the vehicle is in good working condition and the price is decent. This is the purchase that tends to put people in a bind. My suggestion is to be very careful and be sure that you have a mechanic inspect the vehicle and take it for a test drive first. Legally speaking you do not owe them a debt but can enter into a new contract with them after the order of discharge is entered. You will be bound by this new debt so you want to be sure you are getting something that will last you and will not break down on you.
