Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

Bankruptcy Chapter 13

I have read a Chapter 13 can be eliminated from a credit report at seven years and sometimes at five years. Can you give me the legal code so I can get this removed from my credit report.

All bankruptcies, chapter 13 or 7, remain on your credit for TEN years. Moreover, the ten years starts at discharge or dismissal, and not when the bankruptcy was first filed.
