''charge off''

I was given a charge off on my bankruptcy, and now a bank wants to take me to court. It has been 5 months since my bankruptcy was finished. What can I do about this problem?

Greetings; This is an easy matter for your attorney to handle. Mail a note with a copy of the demand from the creditor to your attorney's office, and your attorney will eliminate the problem. Now, this assumes that this creditor was discharged in the bankruptcy. If they were not discharged, the attorney will need to add them to the petition. Thanks, atty. Trichler; www.trichler.com
