My fiance is currently in the process of filling personal bankruptcy. Can we get married now? or do we have to wait until the bankruptcy is granted by the judge?

Re: Marriage & Bancruptcy
It is okay to get married, but if you get married before she files bankruptcy, both your incomes are looked at in the means test even if you aren't filing.

You can get married. After you do, your spouse will have to report your income and debts to the Trustee and see if he still qualifies for a discharge given the new income.
