mortgages after divorce
I am behind on my mortgage and planning on filing for a divorce . I want to keep my house but I cannot afford the payments . Is there any way I can keep my house

In order to keep your house, you are going to have to find a way to pay for the house. Maybe look into a loan modification.

Look at the exemptions in your state and see if there are enough exemptions to cover the equity.
