unsecured creditors

once you have had your court date and none of your creditors showed or have sent letters to you or attorney how long do the creditors have to say they want any merchandise back that was purchased on a credit card

It depends on what kind of bankruptcy you filed and if all of your debts were fully discharged, how soon before filing for bankruptcy you purchased the items, and if the court ordered any items to be returned to any of the creditors. If you have a bankruptcy attorney, why don't you ask him or her, as he/she will know the exact facts of your case.
