Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Business Law - Distribution
Is it legal for companies to restrict their distributors to only selling to Brick and Mortar stores? I know of a company that will not sell to strictly Online venues, however, they are selling to Amazon dot com saying its a matter of availability to those who cannot get thier product through Brick and Mortar stores

Re: Business Law - Distribution
I don't see any law against it because it is their choice to sell to whomever they want. Unless it violates the Civil Rights laws in either State or Federal jurisdiction. I would need to know more. Tim Klisz.
