Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
If a city has a RFP can they allow a architect make changes to there bid once the bids have been turned into the city without allowing the others that submitted bids to do the same? Where would I find that law at?

The terms and conditions of the bid are in the general conditions of the bid. If this is a governmental agency and you believe that there has been an underhanded dealing file a bid protest to contest the bid.
