Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
contracts
Can a company allow you to sign one of their contracts while you aren't already abiding by some of their finner print and later terminate that contract when they see fit? Even if the disclaimer they are claiming is not being used against all their contract holders?

Re: contracts
There are not enough details here to give you an exact answer. I have not reviewed the contract. From what you say, it sounds as though their acts are arbitrary and capricious and in most cases wrong. You need to see counsel and determine your course of action henceforth.
Good luck!
