Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
employment wage advice
I was hired in as a manager at an adult foster care home @$10.00 (time and a half for overtime) but when I work overtime they drop my pay down to the pay of a direct care worked which is $8.00 is this legal?

There are not enough facts presented here to give you an appropriate answer. What you can do is report the organization to the Michigan Department of Labor and file a complaint with them.
