There are several questions i'd have to know before answering your questions, among them i would want to know if you are sure you want to form a LLC, as oppose to a corporation? what kind of LLC are you trying to set up, i.e. the classic, a professional, one with a central manager, etc. Also we would need to know what you hope to achieve, so one could fashion an appropriate operating agreement for you and any other members, etc. Call us if you get a chance, so we might more appropriately direct you, as you should talk to a lawyer in dealing with these matters.
