Forming a Corporation is relatively straightforward. You can find all of the necessary forms on-line. The Michigan forms are located on the Department of Consumer and Industry Service website under the Bureau of Commercial Services, Corporation Division. Follow the instructions and file the appropriate forms. Please call with any questions or concerns. Best Wishes! (800) LAW-8865
