Independant Contractor Online Agreements
I am a website owner and I want to be in agreement with someone who signs up on my website after they read my Independant Contractor Agreement online. Is this legal if they click I agree or I disagree?

In general when you have a terms of service (TOS) or similar arrangement, an affirmative step such as clicking is recommended. If the person does not agree with the TOS, in general they cannot use the site.
