Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Llc
I am a university student who also runs his own side business freelancing photography. I have equipment insurance, but no liability insurance. Would it be wise to create an LLC for my company. I have approximately 10-15 clients a year. These can be weddings, commercial shoots, etc.
