Non Profit Orginizations
Part of my business in non-profit. How do I set this up? What are the guidelines for non profit orginizations? Thank you very much.

you need to set up this portion of your business as a separate entity under michigan law as a
501 (c)(3) corporation mand then file for exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. Check with an attorney in your local area for all of the details.
