Personal Guarantee Collection
I have a signed personal guarantee from a vendor. How do I collect payment.

You would need to file a collection lawsuit against the corporation and the individual guarantor in either district court (up to $25,000) or in Circuit Court (beyond $25,000). Collectibility and bankruptcy are your only real issues. Call my office if you would like further details. Tim Klisz
