poor buisness, not going to pay
I just got 9 pants alterd and they ruined everyone of them. should i still pay for there service for ruining $2,000 + in pants?

You should not pay for their service. Moreover, you should sue them in small claims court for the replacement costs of your pants that they ruined.
It sounds like a slam dunk case.
