Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I live in my boyfriends house. The DEA came to our house and woke me up pounding on my door. They asked if they could come in and talk. I said sure. We sat on couch. My boyfriend came home 2 min after they came in. He asked them if they had a warrant they said no. He asked them to leave. They proceded into his office where they saw a bad of weed on the desk. They then searched entire office. Can thier evidence hold up in court?

Your boyfriend needs a criminal law attorney. This is not a civil rights question.
