Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

I purchased a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan that the Odometer reads it has 70000 miles on it I asked the people we bought it from if that was the correct mileage and was told that it was. After buying the vehicle we found out that it had been in a accident so we got the Car Fax and found out that the Van actually has 250000 miles on it what can we do.

If you know where the seller is, you can certainly sue them for fraud. The amount i'm guessing is less than $3,000, so you can handle everything in the Small Claims Court. Good luck. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
