housing after bankruptcy
we did not reaffirm our morgage but still making our house payments . if we pay it off , will we own it or will it belong to the bank?

You need to discuss this with your bankruptcy lawyer, because if you don't have a contract/agreement with the mortgage company, then why would you be paying? You need the bank's approval or agreement before paying anything off - you can't just assume there is a contract in place - or any kind of agreement - when it was likely breached when you filed bankruptcy and you did not enter into a new one by signing a reaffirmation agreement.
