Legal Question in Construction Law in Michigan
Contractor price
I signed a work authorization form for dry out work to be done in my home. The contractor says because I signed that they could do what they deemed necessary without verbally informing me of cost or specifics of work. Is this true?

It would depend on the terms of your contract and whether it said that they could do work without informing you.
