Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
If a car is repossessed in the state of Michigan, can the bank legally remove the personal belongings, prep the vehicle for sale, and send the vehicle to an auction site before the 10 day waiting period if you have shown interest in paying the debt and getting the vehicle back?

Showing interest is not enough. You have to go there and pay them in full before they sell it. You have to have all of the funds. The bank can do all of those things during that period of time.
