Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Forged Purchase Agreement
My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from from a nice dealership. When I recieved the paperwork from the dealership it did not match the original purchase agreement we signed and our signatures had been forged. We also discovered a forged GAP insurance form that we never agreed to. We don't want to return the car but I also don't want (or need) the GAP insurance. What is my best course of action?

Re: Forged Purchase Agreement
What dealer ship did you do business with? And when exactly did you buy the car? You may have other problems with your purchase that you do not even know about. Forging your name to these documents is improper, and is a serious problem.
