Harrassment by mortgage company, their mistake
My mortgage company made several misapplications of payments which took me 11 months to fix. During that time, I suffered several months of severe nervousness, depression and anxiety which was treated by my physician. The mortgage company finally admitted their mistakes, but not before having numerous, extremely difficult phone conversations with them, in which they were extremely rude.
They are still my mortgage company. Do I have any ecourse, and if so, will they come after me in any way to pay my mortgage in full? I want them to pay me now!!!

There doesn't seem to be anything for which they would be held legally liable in what you've written. You had a dispute with your mortgage company,--it happens all the time. It caused you distress, but there's nothing you've written to make it egregious, unless they've clearly violated a statute. There's no reason for them to accelerate the loan if it was their mistake.
