How do I contact an attorney I hired and paid in full, requesting my case file from approximately ten years ago?

Lawyers are not required to keep files that long, so you may not be able to get it. Otherwise, if you want to know how to contact him, check the phone book or call information. You might also check the Michigan State Bar membership at www.michbar.org.
By the way, the title line of your question is a bit offensive. I almost did not respond for that reason.
