Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Poor services and breach of contract
I entered into a contract for services (February 2008)which included building an addition to my home with the promise that it would be completed in 5 weeks. I'm having a very difficult time communicating with this contractor for completion of the job .

Put all communications and demand letters in writing. If you need a letter from a lawyer, please contact me. You may wish to simply terminate your contract with them now and get your money back, since they have already demonstrated their lack of professionalism and trustworthiness.
