Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle that was never certified by the dealer. What should I do? I have had the car for 3 months .

Well could you tell me some more facts? Was it a manufacture's certified used car or just a dealers? Was it advertised that way? If so where? Do you have a copy of that ad? There are standards that a dealer must follow for a manufacturer's certification versus the dealers. Usually a certified used car comes with some checklists of what a mechanic has reviewed. Did you get a checklist of any kind? How about a warranty, did you pay for a warranty? Have you received title to the vehicle yet? It should have come in the mail by now. I usually prefer to look at the entire transaction and all documents to see if there are any other issues that might demonstrate fraud of some kind.
