repossessed cars
What is a person's fianancial responsibility after a car has been repossessed?
The car was repo'd in Michigan, but the creditor is in Wisconsin. Does that have a bearing in the matter?

Re: repossessed cars
If there was a balance owing on the repossessed vehicle, the borrower is responsible for the outstanding balance. It does not matter where the debtor and lender are located.
Good luck.
