Small Claims Judgement
small claims judgement in Mi against company in Md. Company refuses to pay, need help to collect. Do not have a sister state judgement.

If the company has no assets in Michigan, and still refuses to pay, you will need to register the judgment in Maryland in order to collect in Maryland.
