Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
My wife is a UK based miniatures and dollhouse artist. A customer of hers (based out of MI) is running a Miniatures Show in Chicago next year and has her listed on his website as an exhibitor. She is not exhibiting at his show and he is just going to put items of hers that he has already purchased (to sell at a considerable mark up) on a table with her name on it. Is this legal without her permission?

It would best best to get other attorneys other than consumer law attorneys to comment on this. He is probably attempting to become a distributor of those products in the United States. How do you know what he is intending to do? I would need to know more details.
