Garnished/Seizure of foreign bank accounts

If I'm sued due to delinquent credit cards (Michigan),

but now live in Canada can they still garnish/seize

my foreign accounts.

If they get a judgment in Michigan, they can seize any Michigan assets. Furthermore, they can get the judgment certified in Canada and then seek remedies there.
