reposession
Recently during the reposession of our auto, my wife and I were dragged down the street in our vehicle by the repoman. Both of us were injured. He was told to leave before hooking up. Once the peace was breached could he continue? Is he liable for assault, kidnapping? Must the vehicle be returned?

Re: reposession
The repossession agent could not continue to repossess if it would have resulted in a breach of the peace. You both may have a cause of action against the repossession company and the financial institution who hired him.
