Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have a 7 year old bench warrant in michigan for probation violation. I have been stopped several times and never told anything about it. I dont know what to do to clear it up I am going away on my honeymoon on a cruise (that i didnt pay for) my question is will i be stopped and arrested in florida or what will happen. I reside in florida is there anyone that can help me clear this up at a reasonable price...

You need to provide more facts, like what were you on probation for? In which county? Do you have any other convictions or warrants? Those questions asked, I think/assume, nothing happened when you were stopped by the police because (1) your Michigan bench warrant wasn't in the system or (2) no one wants to spend the money "shipping" you from wherever you are to Michigan.
