Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Being accused of grand larceny from a guy

Ok i will make this as short as possible.

I sale items on ebay, was using paypal doing drop shipping. And this guy won this item and he sent me the funds with paypal. I sent the funds to my supplier. I never heard from my supplier again

and i told this guy i would pay him back, and he said i'm not doing it fast enough. So he said he was going to file a complaint of grand larceny.

I kept in touch with him through emails. What do i do at this point? He paid me $2460

Pay the guy back. That might show that you didn't intend to steal his money. If you're contacted by the cops, or if you're arrested, hire a lawyer before you tell them anything. Feel free to call me at 1 8005766035.

There are a few things you should consider in order to bolster your credibility. First of all, can you show proof that you forwarded those funds to your supplier? Second, did you file a complaint or take some sort of action against the supplier? And most importantly, do NOT speak to the police if they get involved without first consulting an attorney!
