Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

i was placed on administrative leave paid, for coming to work in my police uniform armed. i just left the police department still in uniform with my duty gear, got the student riders on the bus to and from safe, left the school bus co and went back to the police department to work another shift. the next morning the local police department was at the company and we all had to talk, i was refused union representation at the time of the meeting and wasnt given paper of reason.

First, you have not asked a question that someone might be able to ask. Second, you posted your message in a Criminal Law section of Lawguru.com, but it sounds like the underlying issue is whether a union / labor / employment violation happened. You'd be better off reposting this (and adding an actual question) in another Lawguru section. There may be one for Employment Law, or Labor Law or something like that. Attorneys sign up for sections here, depending on their experience and expertise. Criminal Law attorneys might not be familiar with the rights, remedies and nuances of employment law.
