Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
We need your advice.....
My girlfriend recently noticed an envelope that was from her bank was tampered with.It had been resealed using some sort of glue.This was a couple of days ago.Then today when she called her bank she found out that a large sum of money had been withdrawn from her account.We both have a feeling of who did this,her ex...he is still living w her and refuses to leave her house.All of the evidence that we have points to him but we are unsure of what to do to get this situation handled.Thank you for your time

Call the police immediately! Call her attorney immediately after you call the police.
