Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
does there HAVE to be an arraignment? because i was sent a letter saying to show up for a pretrial and i havent even been to an arraignment yet

it depends on which court and what you're being charged with. Some courts will combine both the arraignment and the pretrial on the same date.
