Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
ok i was arrested with my friend in dearborn michigan i gave a false name and i was charged for it..(miss representation of id) and as well as that i had a previous charge i thought was clreared but wasnt and thats B&E but that was my friends house and he told me to be there? what are the consequences of this and what might happen to me?
