Make sure you attend his arraignment which should be tomorrow. Call the court to confirm the time.

You do not say in your question whether your son is in federal custody, or state custody. Was the warrant signed by a federal judge?

This is a critical question. If you do not know please call me so that we can discuss.

In the course of a legal search pursuant to a warrant, if the police find something else criminal they can charge him with that crime. Get an attorney and appear at the arraignment. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
