Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
car sale
I sold a jeep June 13, 2008 and the new owner never picked up the hard top that belonged to it. He has now come back 4 months later stating he is suing me for the amount owed because I no longer have the hard top

Do you have a QUESTION?
If you do, it should be posted in another Michigan category on lawguru.com because this is not a criminal issue. If he is "suing" you for $$, then whatever legal issue you may or may not have is civil, not criminal.
