If you plead guilty as charged , you will have 3 crimes on your record - permanently!. There are other choices to be made at your pretrial hearing which can result in nothing being placed on your record. You can take advantage of this by pleading "Not guilty" at your arraignment.
.A lawyer can help. If you can't afford an attorney, the court will appoint one to represent you.
At the arraignment, plead NOT GUILTY. Often, we waive the arraignment so that you don't have to go and just set the matter for pretrial. This depends on which Court/Judge you have. Contact an very good criminal defense attorney to help you with this. You do not need these convictions on your record. Daniel Hajji 248.865.4700. Hope for the Best. Good Luck.
