Constructive possession
I leave my vehicle in a parking lot at a police station over 200ft.from the building with my GUN inside of it. go inside the station to the gun broad office told the gun broad officer my gun is in the car i need a safety inspection. The officer go to my car and pulls out my hand gun on the side of the drivers seat(LOADED) charged me with possession of a ccw. do i have constructive possession in a building over 200 ft.way in a biulding

I don't think that you have constructive possession in the building. If you've been charged with the crime, defend it aggressively.
