Criminal Sexual Conduct
I am 33 years old and my pregnant girlfriend is 16. By the laws of Michigan,is it legal for me to be with her even though her mother consents to our relationship?

Yes, its legal to "be with her" now that she's sixteen. But, if you had intercourse with her before she turned 16, you'd better treat her right --because if your relationship turns sour with her (or her kin), and one of them decides to complain to the authorities, you could be a very unhappy 33 year old in jail.
