Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Can a self defense/traumatic brain injury response against a domestic violence charge be a successful defense when minor threatens you with a knife and you pin her against a wall tell her she better be carefull who you threaten with a knife because someone who doesn't love you like I love you and they have a gin, you would be dead now! Then I let her go and walked away!

I see self-defense as an argument, but I don't understand the TBI part. Having a TBI is not a defense to a crime.
