Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was the designated driver and I had no knowledge of alcohol in the car. The passenger in the back seat had snuck a half bottle of whiskey under the passenger seat without my knowledge. I got ticketed even though I hadn't known about or seen the alcohol. What can I do?

Bring the passenger with you to the pretrial and have him talk to the prosecutor. It might work.
