Need to see if I can get this dismissed
If a cop does not check off the ''i declare under the penalties of perjury that the statements of the above are true to the best of my information knowledge and belief'' box can this ticket for an M.I.P. be dismissed in court? I had no alcohol in my system and blew an 0.000 and was just simply trying to purchase it.

No. By your own admission you possessed alcohol,
the unchecked box is merely a clerical error which could, if necessary, be checked in court.
