Dropped Charges
My husband was arrested for domestic violence in Michigan. I never pressed charges. Is there still record of this?

Yes, the arresting agent would still have their booking records, including fingerprints, photos, etc. But you can request that these be destroyed since he was never convicted. Contact the arresting agency to ask how to go about this.
