How do I go about getting my record espunged? how much does it cost? and how long does it take? who do I contact?

If you have only one conviction for a crime on your record, you may get it expunged 5 years after your probation (or incarceration) ends. You may not expunge traffic related crimes (e.g. drunk driving). An attorney can advise you on the cost. It is possible to get an expungement without using a lawyer.
